At LSA the celebration of baptism is done as a public profession of faith. Each individual who has made a decision to follow Jesus has an opportunity to share their message of redemption. If you are interested in being baptized, there is a three week course that is offered online, followed by the one day in person membership course.
Nowhere in scripture do we see Christianity apart from commitment to community. Church membership keeps us accountable to each other, helps pastors and elders be faithful shepherds and encourages you in your commitment to seek spiritual guidance.
Once you are baptized, you will enter into the LSA family through membership (1 Corinthians 12: 12-27). If you have already been baptized and are interested in becoming a member, there is a one day membership course that is required.
