Each Sunday morning at 10:00am we provide a safe place for your child(ren) Nursery through Grade 4. We provide a well thought out lesson from our 2 curriculums “First Look” (2-3 year olds) & “252 Kids” (JK- Grade 4).
At the end of your child’s time in preschool our hope is that they will understand these 3 basic truths:
1. God Made Me
2. God Loves Me
3. God wants to be my forever friend.
At the end of your child’s time in LSA Kids our hope is that they will understand these next 3 basic truths:
1. I need to make the wise choice
2. I can trust God no matter what
3. Treat others the way you want to be treated.
Our Sunday morning is a pathway to empower you as a family to continue the talk at home throughout the week. We encourage families to practice Faith@Home. Our school age curriculum provides a free app called “Parent Cue”. This app provides discussion questions, memory verses, parenting blog posts, and many other resources to meet you and your child’s spiritual needs to meet them where they are at. We also post our lesson video content, photos of our Sunday morning experience and provide helpful resources and updates about our kids ministry throughout the week. Our Right Now Media free subscription has countless resources for children and adults.
Kids Midweek is our new ministry for children JK-Grade 4. This ministry will be running every Wednesday from 7-8:30pm with the exception of Christmas break and March break. Our year will run from September 13th – June 12th. The evenings will consist of games, crafts, worship, Bible Lessons, team challenges and so much more. Every 4th Wednesday we will have what we are calling a drop in that will be a special night for kids to be encouraged to bring their friends to enjoy a special activity. Each week will be a great opportunity for kids to hear about the love of Jesus, build relationships with trusted leaders, make new friends, and have so much fun!
