Meet the Staff: Rob Fleming
Rob started attending LSA in 1998 and felt God leading Him to serve on the worship team in 2014 and on S.A.S.E.M in 2018. He faithfully serves in these ministries each week. Rob is married to Stacey and has 7 children and 3 grandchildren. He was born and raised in Montreal and left home at 16 to join the Airforce. After he left the military, he joined the OPP and transferred to Essex where he worked until 2010. His hobbies include: fitness, music, camping, and gardening. In November 2023, Rob joined the staff as the Facility Manager for all of our Auditorium rentals & services. We are grateful for all the numerous little jobs/things Rob does behind the scenes each week with such a big, servant’s heart.
