Mark and Gretchen Potma have been missionaries in Prague since 1996. Their ministry seeks to reach new regions, plant new churches, disciple new believers and train new leaders in the Czech Republic. On February 28th (Mark’s birthday) an older woman attended the small group Bible study at Skalka Church and gave her life to Jesus. Please pray for sensitive and thorough follow-up as she is folded into the fellowship of the Church!
Their vision is to see four new churches planted in the districts surrounding Prague by the year 2030. We envision these new churches to be spiritually, organizationally, and financially self-sufficient after 5-8 years, evangelizing the region and the world and planting more new churches to the glory of God.

Prayer Requests
1. PRAISE God for unplanned conversations that have led to spiritual discussions. We have a feeling that people are more talkative than they were two years ago. PRAY for more opportunities to talk about why we are here and the reason for the hope that is in us.
2. PRAY for potential church planters who will plant new churches in the Central Czech Region, the fast-growing ring of communities outside of Prague.
3. PRAY that God would continue to strengthen the faith of the believers at each location and give them an unflagging desire to share the good news of Jesus with the many unbelievers around them.
